1 . Agreement Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the agreement between Exo Nexus and the client for the provision of digital marketing, website development, and AI automation services. By engaging Exo Nexus services, the client agrees to the terms outlined in this document
Service Scope
Exo Nexus provides services including but not limited to digital advertising management, website design and development, AI automation systems, and related digital solutions as agreed upon between both parties.
Payments & Fees
All fees, including service fees and advertising budgets, will be agreed upon prior to project commencement. Services will only begin once payment terms have been fulfilled as agreed between both parties.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, access, and materials required for the completion of services in a timely manner. Delays or failure to provide required inputs may affect project timelines and performance.
Access & Management
The client may provide access to existing business accounts or allow Exo Nexus to create and manage accounts on their behalf for the purpose of delivering services. All accounts remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of final deliverables such as websites, campaigns, and automation systems. Exo Nexus reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
Late Payments & Service Suspension
All fees, including service fees and advertising budgets, will be agreed upon prior to project commencement. Services will only begin once payment terms have been fulfilled as agreed between both parties.
Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice. A notice period may apply depending on the service agreement. Any outstanding payments for work completed or in progress must be settled upon termination. No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or in progress.
Limitation of Liability
Exo Nexus shall not be held liable for any indirect losses, business interruptions, platform issues, or changes in third-party services (including but not limited to Meta, Google, hosting providers, or automation tools).
Final Agreement
This document constitutes the full and final agreement between Exo Nexus and the client. No verbal agreements or informal communications shall override these Terms & Conditions unless confirmed in writing by both parties
